All services are delivered digitally and are tailored to the individual client’s background and goals.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the legal right to enter into a binding agreement

• All information provided is accurate and complete

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for us to deliver your service

• Respond in a timely manner to communication and requests for information

• Not submit false or misleading details in your resume or profile content

Delays in your response may affect turnaround times.

4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary by package and start once all necessary information has been received. Standard delivery is typically:

• Resume/Cover Letter: 3–5 business days

• LinkedIn Optimization: 5–7 business days
  Rush delivery options may be available at an additional cost.

5. Revisions

Each service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within 14 days of delivery. Revisions must remain within the scope of the original service request. Additional revisions or major content overhauls outside this scope may incur extra fees.

6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards via secure third-party payment processors. CVFlow does not store your credit card information.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or a draft has been delivered. See full Refund Policy below.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

CVFlow provides professionally written documents designed to increase your job prospects, but we do not guarantee employment, interview offers, or job placement. Outcomes depend on market conditions, your experience, and your efforts.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials created by CVFlow remain the intellectual property of CVFlow until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted full rights to use the content for personal and professional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

CVFlow is not liable for:

• Loss of income or job opportunities

• Errors in submitted client data

• Service interruptions beyond our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.
