1. No Refund After Work Commences

Once we begin working on your project or a draft has been delivered:

• No refunds will be issued

• This includes situations where the client changes their mind, obtains employment during the process, or fails to provide required information

2. Eligibility for Partial Refund (Before Work Begins)

You may request a partial refund (80%) if:

• You cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase

• We have not started working on your project A 20% processing and consultation fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.

3. Rush Services Are Non-Refundable

Due to the expedited nature of rush orders, all rush fees are non-refundable once the service has been confirmed.

4. Dissatisfaction Policy

We offer two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, we strongly encourage you to use these revisions. However, dissatisfaction alone does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Failure to Respond

If the client fails to provide required content or feedback within 30 days, the order will be marked as complete. No refund will be issued. Re-engagement may incur an additional fee.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request (if eligible), email us at support@cvflow.media with:

• Your full name

• Order date

• Reason for request

We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
